Elysium and .davis.momto6 are officially launching our Cancer Fitness Program in Reno, designed specifically for those navigating or recovering from cancer. 🧡

These classes are unique, and here’s why:
✨ Facilitated by a trainer certified to safely work with chronic illness. .davis.momto6
✨ Supported by an oncologist to create safety in programming.
✨ Adapted to each participant’s unique needs and energy levels.

Movement can be a powerful part of healing, helping reduce treatment side effects, restore energy, and rebuild confidence. You don’t have to do this alone. 💪

Our facilitator will guide you through restorative yoga positions and offer optional reiki during yin poses.

🌜Sound Healing
6:15-7:00PM
Our facilitator will use vibrations and frequencies to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being.

You can sign up for one or both! Ideally you’ll go home and have the best night of sleep. 😌

We are SO excited about our two new classes starting THIS WEEK with the incredible . 🤩

☀️ Myofascial Release will be every first and third Thursday of each month, so this is your opportunity to try it in July! Honestly, who wouldn’t love to feel the effects of a deep tissue massage any time?

☀️ Her Slow Burn Pilates will be weekly. The way she integrates breathwork with slow burn exercises is unmatched.
