MD Labs and its owners, Matthew Rutledge and Denis Grizelj, today announced the successful dismissal of a qui tam lawsuit filed by serial qui tam relator, OMNI Health Care of Melbourne, FL. The United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts granted summary judgment in favor of MD Labs, Mr. Rutledge and Mr. Grizelj, dismissing all claims with prejudice.
