I create custom meal plans tailored to the individual that focus on macronutrients, optimizing your body's use of carbohydrates before, during, and after your periods of exercise/activity, and reducing unnecessary caloric intake, as well as insuring protein requirements are met. Your meal plans will evolve and change as your body does over the course of our time working together, so feedback from
you is required. I will be available to you via text, phone, email; whatever you prefer, to help keep you on track, answer your questions, analyze your intake, and help you make adjustments as your day changes. My clients stay motivated with biweekly check in requirements. Not only will you have the tools to accelerate fat loss, muscle gain, and improved performance, but a guide to insure you achieve the results you want. I also design fitness program templates from scratch for every individual, based on your unique needs and limitations. I can design programs that are strength only, conditioning only, skill work only, or flexibility/mobility only, as well as programs that include all of those elements or are a combination of some. I would recommend the complete programming for anyone who wants to compete at a higher level or really accelerate their lean muscle gain and competency level. Programs can be anywhere from 1-7 days per week, and can also be made to fit with your current programming at your gym (if you attend classes/competitor training already), can be stand alone, and can also include work you can complete outside of a gym, at home or on a track.
