🧡 It’s National Indigenous Milk Medicine Week! | August 8–14

This year’s theme, “Unapologetically Indigenous: Love, Landback, and Liberation,” honors breastfeeding as a sacred practice that has nourished, healed, and strengthened Indigenous families for generations.

For seven years, Milk Medicine has been celebrated as more than just nourishment, it’s family, culture, and tradition. Here in Nevada’s tribal communities, it’s a way to carry forward our ancestors’ teachings, protect the health of our babies, and strengthen our bonds as a people.

Join the celebration with Indigenous Milk Medicine Collective week and help us uplift the stories, traditions, and resilience of Indigenous breastfeeding.
