We’re proud to share that two of our incredible providers, Dr. Austin Hall, DPM and Dr. Hugh McDermott, MD, will be presenting at an upcoming physician education session!

Meet Taylor! 🌟
Taylor has been repping Swift PT for the last 2 years as a rockstar PT Aide! A proud Native Nevadan and Reed High grad, she earned her degree cm laude from Sonoma State in 2023 — majoring in kinesiology/biology with a minor in criminal justice — all while playing college basketball. 🏀🎓

Now a senior team member in our Sparks clinic, Taylor helps train new hires and keeps the clinic running smoothly every day. 💪 She’s currently exploring exciting new career paths in finance and business.

Friday was a beautiful day out at Red Hawk Golf Course supporting the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows! ⛳️🌤️

We were honored to be a hole sponsor and take part in an incredible event benefiting such a meaningful cause. Dr. Lynch and our CEO Jake Hargis teamed up in a four-some group, representing Swift on the course!

We loved connecting with so many new faces, sharing about what we do at Swift, and giving back to an incredible organization. Events like these are also such a special opportunity to hear from patients about their positive outcomes with our amazing providers—and to introduce Swift to those who may not know who we are or what we do.

Meet two of our awesome Work Comp Team members — Alyssa (left) and Maricsa (right)! 🌟
Alyssa’s coming up on her one-year mark and is our go-to for incoming referrals as a Work Comp Specialist I. Maricsa has been rocking it with the department for five years and leads the team, focusing on all things med-legal.

These two share a love for reading and just wrapped up the ACOTAR series — and yes, their boss is very excited about it 🥳. When she’s not diving into history documentaries or planning her next Disney trip, Maricsa can be caught doing all things DIY. Alyssa, on the other hand, is a busy mom of two who lives for all things fall — pumpkins, crisp air, cozy vibes… the whole season! 🍂

Join us in welcoming Lorenzo Bayuga, PA-C, to the Swift Institute orthopedic team! 👋

Lorenzo specializes in hand and upper extremity care and brings a wealth of experience, including six years in orthopedic surgery prior to earning his PA degree. He completed his Master of Medical Sciences at Wake Forest University School of Medicine and is board certified by the NCCPA.

Originally from Southern California, Lorenzo has called Reno/Tahoe home since 2013 and is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love most. Whether it’s biking, snowboarding, or just enjoying life pain-free, he’s here to support your journey every step of the way.
