As a registered nurse, I know the importance of learning to manage stress (70-80% of doctor visits are due to stress related illnesses); as a certified Tobacco Cessation Specialist, I understand nicotine addiction (70% of tobacco users want to quit, they just fear failure); as a certified Health & Wellness Coach, I have a passion to guide clients towards their life purpose (accountability between

a client and coach is the key to success). Breathing is something we do without even thinking about, it's autonomic; BREETHING Mindfully is something we can do to stimulate our Relaxation Response. Life will never be stress-FREE; BREETHE Mindfully coaches and supports clients towards a stress-LESS life. I believe EVERY tobacco user CAN quit, and STAY quit FOREVER! Conquering this, sometimes lifelong, addiction is empowering and leads to a healthier & happier YOU! BREETHE Mindfully will acknowledge you as a person, not an addict; will encourage, not demean; will motivate, not enable.
