After many years of study, work & practice, it is with great pride that I announce our upcoming 300-hour teacher training, taking place this fall through Spring 2026. My vision is to cultivate community, aid students in advancing their teaching practice, and introduce new modalities in addition to work with subtle body energy and yogic philosophy. I know have said I’ve taught my last reiki workshop but I have felt a strong call to offer it during this time. This will definitely be the only offering for the first 3/4 of this year, and perhaps all of 2025 depending on how my hoped schedule pans out.

Our mistress of yin is leading a 25 hour training in April! Learn skeletal variation, unique anatomy tests and the poses and modifications of yin yoga. This training is helpful to any yoga teacher or student who wants to learn more about their unique body. Kelly has a decade of yin experience and training with , the architects of this practice!

Kelly returns with her Reiki 1 and 2 classes this late winter. Learn a new tool to calm your nervous system, incorporate into your meditation or yoga practice and use on others. This will be the only time these workshops will be offered publicly in 2024!

Field trip! Today we traveled to Paradaiso, and it was as the name implied, just perfect! We played in the water and enjoyed some lovely libations. On the way home we stopped to see a live volcano and when we stopped to get gas just vibed to the tunes. It was such a great day!
