With all this unexpected things happening around the globe and in my own life... Great reminder of this poem by my beloved RUMI. I hope you like it..

"A Community of the Spirit"
There is a community of the spirit.

Join it, and feel the delight of walking in the noisy street and being the noise.
Drink all your passion and be a disgrace.
Close both eyes to see with the other eye.
Open your hands,if you want to be held.

Sit down in the circle.
Quit acting like a wolf, and feel the shepherd’s love filling you.

At night, your beloved wanders.
Don’t accept consolations.
Close your mouth against food.

Taste the lover’s mouth in yours.
You moan, “She left me.” “He left me.”

Be empty of worrying.

Wherever you are, remember that your voice matters and your actions can make a difference. ATM, things might seem overwhelming, but you have the right to speak your mind respectfully and be a beacon of hope for others. It is time for us to come together and evolve into compassionate individuals, fellow humans.

Let us overcome the obstacles of separation, anger, and disrespect that some governments create and instead develop living systems that thrive. May we recognize those who are working tirelessly to build a brighter future for all.

Massage School is super hard, learning in second language is way more challenging that I expected... but I LOVE IT...

It is reinforcing all my deep believes and I am so happy to open space for 2 new people that want to work with me to get better in a holistic way... With holistic practices we will start spinning the wheel of your life attune with your body rhythms, your hearts desires and your goals.

More than just a coach you will experience the deep work of synergy between a mentor that is guiding you into your own answers... some one have called me "Earth Jedi"... and we will work will all the down to earth practices of my Aztec, Toltec and Mayan Elders...

It has been such a pleasure to work with ALL the Women for several years, I find myself supporting and surrounding myself with women that are ready to dive deep into their healing process.

There is time and place for ALL and as I have been feeling into this very sensitive matter, I am taking action to serve our sisters of Color and Mixed races.

I have come across many heart aches and I am whiling to create the space.

If you identify as a Woman of Color, if your parents are a mixed race then your skin might not show what your linaje is, but you know in your heart what are your challenges.

I strive to the day where we can all be thriving and support each other and accept we are all going through rapid changes and we are here for you.

Life is happening so fast, all at the same time… layers of experiences, emotions and feelings that hit us and we barely recognize, analyze or process.

Our invitation is to meet in the center, to take a moment to be aware of those moments and to acknowledge the impact or learning that those are giving us.

Poranguí, Sonya Robin, Micaela Kingslight, Youssoupha Sidibe, Mari Shibuya, more [ Wecelium Weekend] was a dream to come together and be aware of this waves of existence and how we can make a bigger impact as a community.
