Did you know our McCune Military Family Program was named after one of our own?

Vickie McCune served as our first Client Services Director for over 11 years—and her family's dedication to this country runs deep. Her husband Tom, both of her children Kyle and Tara, and her granddaughter Maddyson have all served in the United States Armed Forces.

To honor that legacy, we created the McCune Military Family Program, which provides free estate planning documents and support for up to 20 active duty military families each year.

If you or someone you know is an active duty military family who calls the Ozarks home, give us a call to learn more: ozarkslegacylaw.com/contact-us/

Many people assume they don’t need a will yet—but a will allows you to decide who receives your assets, who handles your estate, and who would care for minor children.

Without one, those decisions may be left to the court.

See why you need a will in our latest blog: ozarkslegacylaw.com/who-needs-a-will-why-every-adult-should-have-one/

Digital accounts, passwords, photos, and subscriptions can create major headaches for families if they’re not organized. Planning ahead can help loved ones access what they need when the time comes.
