This is Justin

Just was one of my first clients, and an amazing guy to work with💪

Let me tell you a little bit about him!

He came to me in a real pickle.

He worked the 40+ hour weeks🤯

Dealt with shattered confidence😣

Loved lifting heavy, but couldn’t bend his back from an intense spinal injury😞

NEEDED to get toned up so he could live with greater confidence, but couldn’t digest some of the best protein sources like chicken, beef, and turkey😳

He was lost, and so he decided to reach out

Justin DMd me and quickly asked about coaching.

Long story short, Justin became a phenomenal man to work with😆

Over the course of 4 months, Justin lost 12 POUNDS, lost 3.5 INCHES around his waist, made his love handles DISAPPEAR, and most importantly, brought his confidence to an all new high👀
