Join our Shame Resilience Therapy Group, where we explore the powerful tools to transform shame into a source of strength and growth. Grounded in the groundbreaking research of Brené Brown, this group is designed to help individuals develop resilience to the paralyzing effects of shame, allowing for deeper connections and a more authentic life. We will focus on understanding how shame shows up in our lives and how it influences our behaviors, self-worth, and relationships. By learning to embrace vulnerability—the courage to show up and be seen, even when we don’t have control over the outcome—we can begin to cultivate a sense of whole-heartedness that leads to greater self-compassion, acceptance, and joy.

In a supportive, non-judgmental space, we will dive into practical exercises and discussions on how to let go of perfectionism, stop people-pleasing, and reframe our narratives about failure and worth. Together, we will foster a community of empathy and connection, where everyone is encouraged to show up with their whole selves. As Brené Brown teaches, vulnerability is not a weakness, but the birthplace of courage, creativity, and belonging. This group will help you embrace your imperfections and begin to live from a place of wholehearted living, where your true worth is not defined by shame, but by your authenticity and capacity to connect with others.
