We provide full basic medical care for patients across all ages and with a wide variety of problems. We accept most local insurances!

Clay Prince, MD is a graduate of the University of Utah School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Family Practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He has been practicing in Rexburg since 2004. Dr. Prince enjoys caring for patients of all ages and all stages of life. He has particular interests in obstetrics, electronic health records, and patient education. Nichole Jeppesen, FNP-C is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from the ISU School of Nursing. She was an ER nurse for years at Madison Memorial Hospital before beginning her career in Family Medicine in 2007. She has particular interests in women's care, pediatrics, and preventive care.
