Idk about yall but I'm noticing a shift in how the energy is showing up for people... for the worse and/or better. This month is a prime time to fortify your energy! What you put in is what you get out... but you want the best to come while your energy is whole!

When in psychic transformation sessions with my clients, I tend to occasionally meet their gatekeepers. No, they aren't necessarily guides or angels; they tend to be aspects of self in our subconscious. Sometimes they look like & hold the energy of gigantic beings or entities, other times they look like regular humans; but either way, we all have them.

⚔️ These gatekeepers tend to operate in this realm to "protect" aspects of the psyche, the subconscious, and the person from foreign energy and spiritual infiltration. The bigger the trauma (from this lifetime/timeline or others), the stronger the hold/gatekeeper.

When doing transformative psychic healing, you need to be able to access these gates to your trauma (and even your innate GIFTS 🎁) to truly heal and transmute the energy. You have to meet this gatekeeper (and sometimes other beings in this realm) and move through the energy. It's like "convincing" your psyche that you're ready to heal and its SAFE to let go.

Here's some tips on connecting with your guides! ✨️🧘🏾‍♀️ Join the workshop this Sunday to find out who your personal guide is and how to deeply connect with them in your own way. 🪽

Something I learned along the way:

✨️ Your guides can change. They have a purpose... and sometimes they fulfill their purpose as your guide and the move on to the next purpose (that doesn't mean you can't call on them, that just means you did your work and they completed theirs.... which is a win my book).

✨️ Just because you may be interested in goddesses, deities, fairies, etc., doesn't mean they are your personal guides. You have to learn the difference between interest and learning and a genuine connection/calling to your guide (I will teach you this in the workshop)

✨️ Just because you can't "hear" them doesn't mean they aren't speaking. Pay attention to the signs around you! Guides speak through *life* not always through clear messages.

I learned what anchors were when I accidentally traveled to the limbo (or the 4th plane) in my sleep. I had no idea that:

1️⃣ I was astral traveling... not dreaming.

2️⃣ The possibility of my leaving this plane (without awareness) was slim.

3️⃣ I wasn’t “supposed” to be there.

This was all by accident. However, I learned in that moment that the small blue pillow that I fell asleep on (which happened to be one of my foster brothers pillows) became my anchor to bring me out of that plane and it literally presented itself THE MOMENT I became aware of my being there and tried to leave.
