Fundraiser for RAICES at Urban Asanas in Crown Heights! Feel good, do good 💗

Today we are kicking off a fundraiser at the studio to support the advocacy work of RAICES, Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services. All funds raised will be donated to their Family Reunification and Bond Fund and LEAF project which provides legal representation to unaccompanied children.

We have teamed up with some amazing small businesses in Crown Heights to put together a raffle that will run at the studio from today through July 8th. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20, cash only. Buy tickets next time you come to class or stop by 15 minutes before classes are scheduled to begin. Raffle winners will be notified by email next Sunday.

We'll be announcing prizes on our social media accounts so keep an eye on Facebook and Instagram this week and please help us spread the word!

My dear Thai massage teacher, Kam Thye Chow, passed away suddenly last week. Thank you and RIP to a sweet soul and teacher. His dancing spirit, dedication to family/friends/students, compassion for all beings and his joie de vivre made an impact around the globe. Kam Thye will be missed by many!
Below is a 10-minute Chi Kung (Qi Gong) class led by Kam Thye. Take a few minutes out of your busy day to practice this routine; you will feel completely rejuvenated!
