We often think time is an unlimited resource and money is a limited resource.

We use time as if it’s replinishable and money as if it’s not.

When the truth is quite the opposite. Money is a limitless resource and time is finite.

Think like a rich CEO: how can you use your limitless resource (money) to buy back your limited resource (time)?

When we step in to a new self concept, there are people around us who are going to question it. ⁣

And I see so many entrepreneurs who then question themselves and their new self concept because someone else is questioning them. ⁣

It’s okay for them to question.⁣

They haven’t met the new you yet.⁣

But they are about to, and they are going to love her…as much as you love her ♥️⁣

What you did in the past does not define you because you are growing and learning and always returning to the highest version of yourself. ⁣

You get to do that.⁣

You get to decide that. ⁣

So, from this moment on, who are you and how are you going to start showing up?

I wrote this one year ago and want to share it with you today: ⁣

Tonight I listened to a woman who I deeply respect share her story with a group of women.⁣

She spoke of many big events throughout her life, but the ones that stood out to me were the children she had lost during pregnancies. Multiple children. ⁣

She called these events the moments she used to mark time.⁣

😳⁣

And I felt that. And if you have ever experienced infertility or loss of pregnancy or loss of child, you felt it, too. ⁣

Today is Infant Loss Awareness Day and since 2014, it has been a very important day to me, because there are so many women right now, all around us, living in “moments they will use to mark time“. ⁣

So many times in the throes of it, it feels like there is only Before and During. But this woman courageously shared with us that there is also an After. ⁣

So today if you are in one of those moments, I hope you can find strength in knowing that even though this moment will forever be part of your story, there is in fact an After. ❤️

Hey mamas! Today is World Mental Health Day and you are going to see a TON of posts on this subject and how people have dealt with it in their own lives.⁣

Beautiful!⁣

But, I do want to offer you a word of caution since you are right in the middle of your mental health journey and trying to decide the best way to manage it for yourself.⁣

Only engage in social media today if it’s helpful and encouraging to you. The moment you start to feel shame or guilt or fear, TURN IT OFF. ⁣

You are not your mental illness. Do not allow people’s agendas or where they are in their journey to guilt you in to feeling like you haven’t done enough or that you aren’t enough. ⁣

Your journey is YOUR journey. You know best what you need and don’t need. ⁣

Today (like everyday) is not a day for shame. ⁣

Just by being here, in this group, you have taken an amazing step for yourself. ⁣

If you would like some encouragement on your journey, I would love to encourage you today. ⁣

Drop you story in the comments and let us hold space and love on you ❤️❤️

Mama, ⁣

I see you. Right now, everything feels hard. But, don't forget that you are so strong. ⁣

You carried your babies for months and months. That was hard. ⁣

You fought through infertility and miscarriages. That was hard. ⁣

You made it through breastfeeding struggles. That was hard. ⁣

You researched and researched to make sure everything you were doing for your new baby was absolutely the best for him. That was hard. ⁣

You stood up for what you knew was right for you and your baby, even when society didn't agree or didn't understand. That was hard. ⁣

You became your child's greatest advocate when they were sick, hurting, or in pain. That was hard. ⁣

You've done hard things before. Your strength has carried you through. ⁣

And right now your strength will continue to carry you through. ⁣

There is no parallel to the strength of a mother. ⁣

In my FB group for moms with postpartum depression, we have a weekly mantra that we use together for the week to remind us of our power as mamas. This is our mantra this week. ⁣

You are strong, but you don't have to battle alone. Join our group. Link in bio.

RAISE YOUR HAND IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU...

😰Everyday you wake up with a knot in your chest because you aren't sure how you are going to make it through another day
😰You have regular feelings of loneliness and isolation, but you don't know how or who to reach out to for connection
😰You are so overwhelmed, but not sure where to turn for help
😰Exhaustion is your best friend, yet you can't seem to get any sleep
😰Anxiety and depression that you thought were long gone have started creeping in again

I get that. And what's worse is this horrible pandemic, making everyday feel like walking through quicksand. So, what's a mom to do?

IMAGINE...

🥰Belonging to a group of women you could reach out to any time you want or need for help
🥰Feeling understood in a way you never thought possible by women who are going through exactly what you are going through
🥰Learning tools and practices from women who have overcome the same things you are struggling with now
🥰Waking up each day feeling refreshed and hopeful knowing you have help to fall back on
🥰Being supported in an authentic way that keeps you feeling empowered and growing

That's why I created Together Tribe. A 30 day group coaching opportunity specifically for moms with postpartum depression and anxiety to come together and get the support they need. And because you are my tribe, I am offering this at a heavily discounted price
