This is the most disorganized and unprofessional medical institution that I have ever dealt with.

When I initially made an appointment, they took my insurance information. Five and a half weeks later, when they called to confirm my appointment, they said they needed my insurance information again. They left me a message (not an automated one— one from Veronica, the receptionist) on 12/17 at 3:54 pm to confirm my appointment for Friday the 21st. The same day at 4:52 pm (less than one hour later), I received another call stating that the doctor would not be in on Friday so they rescheduled my appointment for Wednesday the 19th.

I had a couple of problems with this— first, what doctor’s office is so disorganized that they call to confirm an appointment and then call to cancel it within an hour? Second, I did not appreciate being reassigned to an earlier time without consulting if that time was convenient for my schedule.

The next day, 12/18, I called this office at 9:48 am to say that I would make that new time work although it was inconvenient. I also attempted to give them my insurance information (again) but whomever I spoke to on the phone said they already had it. I found that quite interesting that they already had it when I had two messages left on my phone the day before stating that they did not have it.

There is obviously terrible communication between the receptionists who work at this office. To further this point, I received another call on 12/18. After I had confirmed my appointment just hours earlier, Janice called me to confirm my appointment. Seriously?! I had spoken to someone and confirmed less than 5 hours earlier. Wow.

At my appointment, I waited for 35 minutes before being called back. Then, Juanita, the medical assistant, was very unprofessional in her language, using profanity multiple times when she spoke to me.

Dr. Tran was nice but overall, I was unimpressed with the whole experience.

I had also scheduled an appointment for my husband on 12/31. He took off work to be able to make this appointment so that he could receive a physical by the end of the year. On 12/27 at 4 pm, they called to cancel his appointment stating that the doctor would not be there. According to their receptionist, there was no other doctor that could see my husband Friday (12/28) or today (12/31). This appointment had literally been scheduled for 6 weeks and they called two days in advance to say that it would not work and it could be rescheduled until after the start of 2019.

I will never return to this place. The level of disorganization and unprofessionalism is astounding. The doctor was nice but is NOT worth the incompetence of the people in the front office. I would NOT recommend this institution to anyone.
