Leadership is not confined to a specific role or setting. A leader is any person who has influence. Consider your life for a moment. Where do you lead? There are likely several spaces in which you wield influence – at home, in your family, at work, in your social circles, and in your community. While title and position might validate your leadership status, they do not diminish or determine your capacity for influence. You get to decide that. Great leaders are not defined by their status but by who they are and how they relate to others.
So then, how do you prioritize the health of who you are and how you relate to others?
You can read books, listen to podcasts, and attend workshops—all good things that will likely teach you a lot.
And then what?
Well-meaning leaders often stop with the consumption of information. And yet, information consumption does not equal real-life transformation. Even if you have worked hard to implement what you’ve learned, you’ve likely found that something is still missing.
That’s why we’re here.
We have found that the key to leadership development, which most people are missing, is a safe place to practice and process in a community of like-minded people.
That is why we created the Leadership Coaching Program, or as we like to call it, simply LCP.
