Melissa is a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Nutritionist. She has been in the Dallas fitness industry since 2017, fitness training at 24 Hour Fitness Plano, and teaching strength-based yoga at Yoga Chikitsa & Reef Point Yoga in Richardson. Melissa’s current work consists on private personal training- offering health coaching to individuals in the privacy of their homes or at her home gym in Richardson. Sessions are tailored to individual needs- weight loss, muscle gain, mobility/stretching, diet & nutrition, overall healthy lifestyle, etc. In 2020 Melissa co-founded Addison Circle Yoga then moved on to run CityLine Yoga (later Armageddon Yoga), outdoor live class offerings during the lockdowns. I had the honor of training Granny Anne (90 years old!) over the holidays. She’s super smart, energetic, funny and kind.

We did a couple workouts while she was in town visiting her daughter, LynnBennie, my incredible friend and client. She did squats, stairs, bicep curls, modified jumping jacks and balance. She’s got a whole routine ready to take home with her to Georgia!

Meeting people like Anne is what makes my job the best.
