I just wanted to pass along to you that we had a choking incident at the school and the teacher, Ms. M, jumped right into action. He was a little bitty thing, so she started with back blows, and that wound up being all it took. We are always very pleased with your thorough and extensive training and recommend you to anyone who asks, but it was gratifying to see the training in action. Ms. M remained calm, remembered her training and took action. The child was just fine and went about his day, and his parents were very grateful.
