Nadi Shodhana—alternate nostril breathing—is one of yoga’s most simple and profound practices. With each inhale and exhale, we clear energetic pathways, balance the nervous system, and invite the mind back into harmony. Left and right. Sun and moon. Action and rest.

Moments like this remind us that yoga isn’t just movement—it’s learning to regulate, listen, and return to center.

✨ Our Warm Up the Community Drive Is Overflowing With Love ✨

Every day this little corner by our tree grows bigger — coats, hats, socks, blankets and so much heartfelt generosity from our Lifted family. You continue to show what it means to live yoga off the mat: compassion in action, warmth shared person to person.

All donations go directly to Sent to Serve to support our houseless friends this cold season, and we are so grateful for every single offering. We’ll be doing drop-offs every Sunday until 1/11, making sure these items get into the hands of those who need them most.

Our drive continues until 1/11, so keep the love coming.

Five years ago on this very evening, I uploaded my final training video… and stepped into a journey that changed my life. And five years ago this week, I completed all of the requirements to become a Certified Yoga Instructor. 🧘‍♀️

I had no idea then how many beautiful souls would trust me to guide their breath, their movement, and their healing. Every class since has been a gift — one I never take for granted. 🎁

To everyone who has rolled out a mat with me… whether once, twice, or every week… thank you.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for allowing me to do what I love.
Thank you for letting me grow with you.
Thank you for continuing to teach me as I lead you, five years later. 🫶
