💬comment “Recomp” for the peptide stack that has helped me drop 2O pounds in perimenopause

I’m a 43-year-old nurse in perimenopause using peptides —
and I’m done pretending women don’t need support.
Yes, I’ve lost 20 pounds.
But this isn’t about being skinny.
It’s about:
• steady energy
• better blood sugar control
• protecting muscle
• reducing visceral fat risk
• clearer thinking
• feeling resilient in my own body again

This IS about health and it IS about longevity

I’ll always share this as my experience — not a promise.
But I feel stronger and more supported in my body at 43 than I did a decade ago.
There shouldn’t be stigma around women getting the help their body actually needs

If you want to learn how I evaluate these tools from a nurse lens, comment “Recomp” to get access to the telemedicine provider I use and trust

💬Comment “Tesa” to learn how this peptide helps change the game

Fat loss in midlife feels different… because it is different.
After 35–40, many women notice:
• the scale stops responding
• belly fat feels more stubborn
• muscle is harder to maintain
• recovery takes longer
• doing “more” stops working

It’s not a discipline issue.
It’s a signaling issue.
Growth hormone naturally declines with age and chronic stress.
And growth hormone plays a role in:
– how the body uses fat
– how we maintain lean muscle
– recovery and repair
– metabolic responsiveness

Real talk:
Early on, the scale doesn’t always tell the truth.
Hydration and lean mass can shift before fat loss shows up there.
Midlife isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about supporting smarter.

If you’re navigating this season and want to understand whether this kind of support even makes sense for you, comment “TESA” and I will send you the link to my trusted telemedicine & the peptide that has helped change the game for me!

A nurses review : Week 2 of Tesamorelin

I’m not going to lie I panicked a little The scale went up a couple pounds 😳

But then I looked at my body composition.
Visceral fat ↓
Subcutaneous fat ↓
BMI ↓
Lean mass ↑
Hydration ↑
That’s when I remembered:
the scale doesn’t tell the full story — especially in midlife.
After 35–40, women often see shifts in growth hormone signaling, muscle preservation, and where fat is stored. Many of us notice more visceral (deep abdominal) fat and a body that feels less responsive to the same habits that used to work

Tesamorelin works by supporting your body’s natural growth hormone release. Growth hormone plays a role in fat metabolism, lean tissue maintenance, recovery, and overall metabolic signaling — all areas that can change in perimenopause.
So when the scale bumps up early on, it doesn’t automatically mean fat gain.

Hydration changes, glycogen storage, and lean mass shifts can all influence weight while body composition improves.
Important nurse note:
This isn’t magic 🪄
It’s not for everyone.
And it only makes sense alongside protein, strength training, sleep, and stress support.
But for midlife women dealing with stubborn visceral fat and slower recovery, supporting these pathways can help the body become more responsive again.
I’ll always share the honest version here — not just the highlight reel

If you want to understand how this works and whether it even makes sense for you, comment “TESA” and I’ll send you the link to my telemedicine provider I use and trust

Midlife isn’t about forcing your body.
It’s about supporting what’s changing and it’s one click away

Pretty in pink and loving every minute of it. 💗

These tops are fun, flattering, and easy to wear, when you are keeping things casual for everyday life.

Pink has a way of making everything feel a little brighter, and these pieces do just that without trying too hard.
Comfortable, midlife-friendly, and budget-conscious, because style should feel good on every level.
