Massage therapists in Kentucky—especially in rural and underserved areas—face a critical shortage of accessible, hands-on continuing education. What an incredible weekend at the South Carolina Massage Championship! 👐✨

We were absolutely blown away by the talent and passion on the competition floor. To all of our new friends – it was such a pleasure meeting every single one of you!

From Richmond, Kentucky, Sara Johnson-Richter is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for helping clients move, feel, and perform their best. As the owner of her own therapeutic massage and bodywork practice, Sara brings hands-on expertise and heart-centered care to everything she does.

Sara has served as a judge at multiple massage championships and now steps into the exciting role of Co-Director of the Kentucky Massage Championship. Her dedication to elevating the profession and mentoring others makes her an invaluable asset to the SCMC judging team.
