A shout out to our Willows of Richmond team! We appreciate you and the care you show to our residents! We are ending September with a smoked pork meal! Thank you Matt Bane for smoking the meat :)

We've had the pleasure over the last 2 weeks of working with the Chamber of Commerce and Lifestream. We interacted with over 1,000 youth in our community when they explored their options at the career fair. We also were able to be a resource connection to our senior citizens at the annual Liberty Fall Festival. 💚

A group of our residents went to Happy Place Therapy Farm and had a great time last week interacting with their animals. The second group of residents goes this week! We are so thankful for these opportunites for our residents ❤️

Employee of the Month Spotlight:
Congratulations to Shania Hinners for her dedication to the Willows team! Shania has been in a housekeeping role at Willows for 4 months. During this time she has shown to have a positive attitude in her job role. Co-workers have found Shania to be thorough in her work, friendly and always willing to help her team out! When asked about why she loves her job she states,” I love having a positive role in the well-being of the residents.” When she is not working, she enjoys reading and is currently on her 57th book for the year. Congratulations again Shania on a well-deserved shout out for all your hard work! Thank you!

Poppy a rescue goat came to visit our residents for National Farm Animal Awareness Week! All the residents enjoyed petting her! Some residents wanted to snuggle her, keep her and even share a wig with her! Thank you Kathe for bringing her in for our residents to love on ❤️
