It’s actually rare that I personally post on Evolve’s page because Kristen is truly the GOAT behind so much of what you all see here… but this one felt important for me to write myself.

Tori, I hope you know just how deeply loved you are. Not just by our team, but by our patients, your family, your 10,000 pets, my family, my kids, and honestly every single person lucky enough to know you.

Perioral lines (those vertical lines around the mouth often called “smoker’s lines”) are one of the most common concerns we treat and contrary to the nickname, they are not only caused by smoking.

These lines form from a combination of repetitive mouth movement (talking, sipping through straws, kissing, facial expressions), natural collagen loss, sun exposure, genetics, and the thinning of skin that happens with time.

For this beautiful result, we used a custom cannula + needle technique to carefully place hyaluronic acid filler exactly where support was needed. Claudia’s favorite product for this area is RHA Redensity because it is a soft, stretchy, dynamic filler that integrates beautifully into the tissue. That means results can look smooth and refreshed while still moving naturally when you smile, talk, and express yourself.

This treatment is different from lip filler. Lip filler focuses on adding shape, volume, hydration, or border definition to the lips themselves. Perioral line treatment focuses on the skin and support around the mouth. That said, the two treatments can often be paired together for a balanced, youthful result.

And while filler gives an immediate softening effect, that is only part of the benefit. Strategic placement can also help support the tissue, improve structure, and stimulate collagen over time, helping strengthen this delicate area.
