As we close out this year, my heart feels incredibly full.

2025 has brought growth, challenges, joy, hard work, hardships, and so many moments that reminded me why Evolve exists in the first place: connection, care, community, and the gift of helping people feel like the best version of themselves… inside and out.

This season always makes me slow down and reflect. I think about the trust you place in us, the stories you share in our treatment rooms, the kindness you show our team, and the way you rally around our family and our community initiatives without hesitation. You have no idea how much that means to us- to me… especially in a year that personally stole a lot of my heart, my energy, and my strength at home.

This year brought so much change. New services, a growing team, our biggest event yet, and meaningful opportunities to pour into our community. But it also held the quieter moments: the small wins, the heavy days, the tears (so many tears), the long stretches that asked a lot of my heart and so many sleepless nights. And through all of it, you were there. I am so, so grateful, and I truly cherish the relationships I’ve built with every patient (aka friend) who has trusted me with their care.

As we head into a new year, I’m praying for rest, healing, health, continued growth, and a slower, softer season for all of us. I hope you feel warmth, peace, and joy wherever this month finds you and I hope you know how much you are appreciated.
