Did you know?
After a miscarriage or stillbirth, the physical changes your body goes through are very similar to those after giving birth—hormonal shifts, breast engorgement, and even milk production. Many women aren’t prepared for these changes because the focus is often on the emotional aspects of healing. That’s why I created Eunoia Bra: to offer gentle, physical support through this journey, so you don’t have to go through it alone. 🌻

đź’¬ Your voice and experience matter. If you feel comfortable, I invite you to share a piece of your journey in the comments so we can hold space for one another. Together, we can support each other in healing. đź’•

“Breathing through the difficult moments isn’t always easy, but it’s one of the most powerful tools we have. 🌻

Taking time to center ourselves, even in challenging times, can be transformative. How do you stay grounded when life feels overwhelming? I’d love to hear how you practice mindfulness or breathing techniques during those tough moments. Let’s hold space for each other and share what helps us heal. 💕

What Does Eunoia Mean? (pronounced yoo-NOY-uh)

Eunoia is a Greek word that means "beautiful thinking" or "well mind." For me, it represents the balance of emotional and physical healing - a reminder that, even in difficult moments, peace and strength can be found within.🌻

✨What does "beautiful thinking" or "healing" mean to you? I'd love to hear your stories - share them in the comments below, and let's support one another on this journey.✨

🌻Welcome to Eunoia Bra™️🌻

Hi, I'm Ciara, and this is my story. After experiencing a miscarriage in my second trimester, I faced physical and emotional challenges I never expected. One of the hardest parts was dealing with painful breast engorgement after loss. In that moment, I knew I wanted to create something I that would provide women like me with comfort, relief, and support during such a vulnerable time.

That's how Eunoia Bra™️ was born - a bra designed with healing and comfort in mind, for those navigating the complexities of postpartum or pregnancy loss.

Eunoia means beautiful thinking or a well mind, and it's my hope that through this bra, you will find the physical comfort and emotional support you need on your journey.

✨Your voiced and experience matter. If you feel comfortable, I invite you to share a piece of your journey in the comments so we can hold space for one another. Together, we can heal.💕

Stay tuned for more updates and the launch of Eunoia Bra™️, created to care for you.

Eunoia [yoo-noy-uh] GREEK (n.) A pure and well-balanced mind, a good spirit. "Beautiful Thinking"

Eunoia Bra is creating a safe space for women to learn and talk about their experience of the physical changes they experienced after a miscarriage, pregnancy loss, still birth or birth.

After my personal experience of a miscarriage at 17 weeks I discovered a need and realized there was a lack of resources to educate and inform women of the changes they may experience physically. With this being my second birth I was aware of what was yet to come, but what about the women who don't know? This is a safe space, free of judgement. Here to help women no matter where they are on their journey. Sending you love and light.
