I draw from a family systems perspective, knowing that "family" may be your family of origin, the family you created, or the community you've found. I am happy to announce that I am accepting new clients to my private practice. My website is live and consultations and appointments can be made on the platform. I look forward to being a support and resource to those experiencing a life transition, struggling with relationship conflicts or disconnects, coping with a life-changing medical diagnosis (theirs or their loved one's), or grieving a loss.

Moving forward. Resetting. Gaining traction. Reframing. These are all things I have heard myself say to others over the years. Now I am pulling upon these words myself.

I have separated from my prior employer. I am choosing to take this as the opportunity to create my own private practice. A catalyst to supporting and serving others in new ways.

I will share updates on this page about the progress towards opening my practice. And until then, I will remind myself to give myself grace on this journey (something else I've heard myself say to others so many times!).
