You can: Keto 🥓, Paleo, eat clean🥬, Intermittent Fast, Count points ✔️ carbs 🥯 or calories 🧮, workout 30 days in a row💪🏽, workout twice a day⛹🏻♀️🏋🏼♀️, drink shakes🥤 or teas 🍵, meal prep up the wazoo🍱, take supplements💊, wear bands⌚ or gizmos, etc.
👉Here’s the honest to goodness truth....unless you CHANGE YOUR HABITS you will be right back where you started the minute you stop all this ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ craziness. 🤪
A quick fix is a bandaid. 🩹
