Do you use this site? I love it because you can just put in whatever ingredients you have on hand, filter by vegan and meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc) and it will pull up a list of recipes you can make with what you have on hand. It's nice when you have no idea what to make and you're bored of your normal stuff.

I know keto and carnivore are popular these days and I understand everyone has to make their own decisions based on their own research. At least, I hope you are actually looking at scientific evidence-based research that is not sponsored by the meat and dairy industry! I also understand wanting quick results (I did Atkins diet and lost 60 pounds). These diets are tempting because you get quick weight loss but we need to start doing things today that will benefit us years down the road. We have to stop being a generation of instant gratification.

Think about what this diet is doing to your body over the long term. Listen to how Dr. Klapper explains what long-term ketosis does to your body.

I know my ideas are not popular with everyone and I am ok with that but I love you enough to speak my truth. I hope you still love me and respect me because even though I don't agree with your decision to eat a meat-based diet and you don't agree with my decision to eat a plant-based diet, I still love you as a person.
