Glutes were the focus today 🔥

Two of my go-to moves:
RDLs + Hip Thrusts (3x12)

RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts):
• Build strength in the glutes and hamstrings
• Improve hip hinge and overall lower body stability

Hip Thrusts:
• Directly target and grow the glutes
• Help improve power, posture, and lower back support

Simple. Effective. Results.

One week post-surgery… and I’m easing my way back in 🙏🏽

Doctor said take it slow — so that’s exactly what I’m doing. Listening to my body, honoring the process, and moving with intention. This isn’t about rushing… it’s about healing right and coming back stronger 💪🏽

These last few days, I’ve been moving in silence… literally. Not being able to talk slowed everything down and gave me space to truly focus, reflect, and practice mindfulness. In that quiet, I found clarity, gratitude, and a deeper appreciation for stillness. Sometimes silence is exactly what we need to reset.

Grateful for life. Grateful for recovery. Grateful to God… always.

Three weeks ago, during the start of this HIIT series, this champ told me something I’ll never forget…

“Coach, I’ve never done a sit-up in my life.”

A strong mom of NINE 👏🏽 said she had never done one. And I told her right then and there… that stops TODAY.

We got to work. We stayed consistent. We stayed determined. We built strength—together.

And tonight? 🔥

Not only did she do her FIRST sit-up… she hit FOUR in a row!!

That smile on her face? That’s confidence. That’s growth. That’s what happens when you don’t give up on YOU.

I was so hype I almost dropped my camera—we both screamed at the same time!! 😂🙌🏽

Switched it up last night 💪🏾💙
Instead of the usual, I brought in a fun, friendly competitive warm-up—and the ladies had a blast! Energy was high, hearts were pumping, and bodies were ready for that HIIT work.

All I’m gonna say is… what are you waiting for?

The transformations aren’t coming… they’re already HERE. And these ladies are putting in the work and seeing real progress—muscle, strength, confidence… all of it.

Ending this month strong as we celebrate Women’s History Month 💕

At Six Fitness, this is what we do—we show love to our moms, our sisters, our entrepreneurs, our professionals… our women. Every single one of them wears a different title, but they all carry strength, grace, and resilience.

Tonight, we wore pink to represent the femininity and softness of womanhood—but make no mistake, behind that softness is POWER.

To celebrate my members, I gifted them with jewelry pieces and healthy snacks—just a small token of appreciation for their consistency, their effort, and their commitment to showing up. Because it does not go unnoticed.

And let me be clear…
