We have not received the second Medicaid grant from Ray County Hospital and Healthcare yet, but we are open for business. We are enrolling for the next cohort and Special Needs Services Of Ray County has agreed to carry us through until we do have funding secured in the coming months. If you know someone struggling with mental health issues, with no resources, or who is under-resourced please have them reach out and self-enroll at the link below. We will continue groups at the jail providing psychoeducation and emotional regulation skills as long as we can.

Please complete the referral form and submit it. Soon after, a member of our team will contact you to verify your eligibility for the program.

I would like to personally thank Ray County Hospital and Healthcare for the grant that allowed us to help so many this past year. Currently funding is running out and we will be forced to delay services in February until further resources are found. We have helped dozens of Ray county citizens who would have fallen through the cracks. We are hoping that the hospital will see fit to extend the grant another year ass allowed by Medicaid and we will find further finding essentially to continue with. It has been a long time dream to do this and we will continue. We have helped with stabilizing mental health and addiction issues, provided educational classes on mental health in the jail and in the public at large, helped with food insufficiency by starting over a ton of produce from a community garden this summer, collecting meat through share the harvest and dry goods from local churches. We have assisted in helping people find employment and housing and have stabilized mental health issues by providing free therapy and referrals for medication and med management. Again, all of this was possible because of a grant obtained through Ray County Hospital and Healthcare and we are going to continue that partnership!!Ray County Hospital thank you!
