Hey everyone, just a little announcement: After today Friday March,6 we will no longer offer retail shopping hours. I wish I could say that retail sales were easy to get--they aren't. I've learned my lesson on that!

But the good news is that this will open up more time to see clients both virtually and in person for even more amazing health transformations PLUS we will begin offering cooking classes in the office once I get the retail products out. 🤩

One year ago today we opened our doors to help you take control of your health and what an amazing (and fast) year it has been!

We've opened our brick and mortar location, seen clients from across the country, and learned a lot ourselves along the way.
