We’ve all been there—whether it’s stress, grief, or even seasonal changes, mental health dips can happen to anyone. When a friend is struggling, it’s natural to want to help, but knowing what to say or do can be tricky. 🤔
Thankfully, you don’t have to be an expert to make a difference. Instead of trying to fix the problem, simply acknowledging that they’re going through something tough can help them feel understood. Sometimes, just being a good listener is enough!
