My passion is nature , herbalism, and holistic healthcare. My goal is to help people understand the natural world around and within them

Holistic living and Herbalism are making a come back. For years I have been studying the power of the nature that surrounds us. There is something for everybody and a cure for every ailment. My goal is help men and women cure themselves and educate themselves on the ways we can use what we are given to better our life experiences. This includes birth, as I am working towards my Doula certification I am reaching out and being reached out to by mothers within my community. Though birthing is a natural experience so many treat it life a medical expense. There are amazing ways that women can use their bodys and birth is one of the most amazing , as a woman's body transforms and brings forth life there is a journey to experience. My goal is to help make the journey a beautiful one , I want to help moms realize the strength of their bodies and use them to their full potential and to gain the birth experiences that they want. My vision with this page is to build a community of aware people. If you have a pregnancy/health concern, ask me, post questions, ask questions, I will help you do your research, let's get in touch with our natural beings . 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Applauding the beautiful Mamai for her strength and endurance! Her labor was not easy but her birth sure was ! Despite exhaustion, hunger , fatigue , after 20+ hrs laboring she pushed like a pro and brought her beautifully cheeky Princess earth side. Baby Luna is a spicy pumpkin and gave those nurses a fight ! But so sweet once in both her Mamas' arms. What an experience! My October has been going fabulous thus far ! How about yours ???

I've had a few of my Mamas suffer from this; thinking it was normal to have painful lumpy breasts in the postpartum period; we work together on getting that milk out and giving Mama some relief! If you've suffered from mastitis, you know how painful it can be.

Mastitis is an inflammation of the breast that can be caused by obstructions, infection and/or allergy. It may come on abruptly and usually affects only one breast.

It's important to note you should consult with your health care provider if you experience fever or flu-like symptoms, or see visible red streaks on your breast. This may be an indication that you need antibiotics.
