The purpose of G gives Consulting is to provide services to help others not only survive but to thrive. I am a licensed Professional counselor.

A Certified DBT professional, Christian counselor who specializes in depression and anxiety. I believe the key to a healthy life is being healthy holistically. I meet the client where they are from a holistic approach. Along with supportive therapy and my energetic personality, I challenge negative thought patterns, encourage strength spotting and assist you with setting attainable and measurable goals that are life changing. My mission is to move you from surviving to thriving.
