Two offerings this Sunday February 22nd at Bee True You Wellness in Ridgway, Colorado.
9 - 11 am: Inner Yoga Workshop: an all levels gentle to moderate yoga class with an emphasis on preparing the body for stillness, breathwork and ending in a meditation. Begins and ends with a bit of optional bhakti chanting. Tea, handouts and interactive discussion on meditation included. $40 or bring a friend--- the cost for the two of you combined is $50.
4:30 - 6 pm: 2nd meeting of Soulful Sister Circle, a three month journey of guided self discovery to be more intentional with your life and overcoming challenges that honors YOU. We meet approximately every other Sunday, into early May. LAST CALL to join this and the deadline to register in February 20th (as I will have to get you caught up with the group). $200 and includes Discounts for other classes and a retreat! Attend both and soak at a local hot springs of these mountains between these soulful offerings.

Wednesday morning adult yoga class and the afternoon Winter Break Youth Yoga Session at Bee True You Wellness in Ridgway is cancelled for tomorrow due to the wintery forecast.
The offering for youth will be rescheduled for later this month.
But don't miss the meditation workshop which is happening this Sunday 9 - 11 am. Learn how to prepare for and deepen your meditation . . . as well as form a daily habit of meditation. Then enjoy an all levels yoga class, breathwork, guided and silent meditation.

If there is an area of your life (body, mind, career, creative, and/or spiritual) that you would like to work on in sisterhood community with introspection handouts and self accountability tips between meetings, please reach out to me directly. There are two spots still open and this extended deadline to join is February 20th. Our next meeting is Sunday February 22nd, 4:30-6 pm.
I’ll have to get you caught up a bit one on one.
We meet approximately every other week for 3 months through mid May. Gentle stretching, Breathwork and meditation at the start of each session. Cost is $200.
We will end with a celebration in a special location.

This Sunday is the first official meeting of Soulful Sisters Circle in Ridgway at Bee True You Wellness. This 3 month journey of self discovery in community with other women will support you to create more clarity, tap into your intrinsic motivation, create a reasonable plan, and provide you with accountability with your goals and action steps in a nurturing way.
We will practice soothing and playful stretches, breathwork and meditation at the start of each session to help you come back home to yourself. Meetings are every other week on Sundays. Soulful Sisters Circle . . . that was such a mellow, sweet gathering of lovely ladies last night at Bee True You Wellness in Ridgway last night. Each woman is shaping what she wants to work on in body, mind, career, relationships, and/or spirit over the 3 month journey. Clarity, Self care, relationships and spirituality seems are some of the common themes.
We settled on meeting every other Sunday 4:30-6 pm starting this Sunday February 8th. We will be exploring values and strengths in the first session. We will begin with gentle stretches, Breathwork and meditation.
There are still some spots left. Grab one of the 8 sacred spots before Sunday!
