We would like to take a moment to clarify an important update at Grand River Health.

Tammy Herbener-Kallal, FNP-C, who has been a trusted provider at Grand River Health for over 30 years, has NOT retired and continues to see patients as usual in our Rifle Primary Care clinic.

Recently, Family Nurse Practitioner Tami Griffith retired from Clinic West in Battlement Mesa after many years of dedicated service. We wish her all the best in her retirement.

We understand that some patients may have experienced some confusion due to the similarity in names.

Tammy remains committed to providing the high-quality, compassionate care you’ve come to expect. If you are currently a patient of Tammy Herbener-Kallal, there is no change to your care, and we encourage you to continue scheduling your appointments with her. New Migraine Relief Clinic now open. Grand River Health is now offering BOTOX® injections as a treatment option for chronic migraine. This FDA-approved therapy is designed for adults who experience frequent, debilitating headaches and have not found relief with traditional treatments.
Patients who have tried at least three preventive medications without success and experience 15 or more headache days per month, at least 8 of which are migraines, may be ideal candidates.
