You have a sad drawer of wilted veggies in your fridge. I know it. ๐Ÿฅฌ

Instead of throwing them away feeling guilty, do this once a week:

Take out everything from that drawer

Anything not obviously rotten goes into a pot or sheet pan

Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and any spice you have

Roast at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for 15โ€“20 minutes

Now you have roasted veggies for the next 2 days. You saved money, reduced waste, and ate more fiber โ€“ without planning.

That's not a recipe. That's a rescue mission.

Yawning lowers stress by activating your vagus nerve. Even a fake yawn works โ€“ your brain can't tell the difference.

Try this:

Open your mouth wide and yawn deliberately (make the sound if you want)

Stretch your arms overhead at the same time

Repeat 3 times

Do this before a difficult conversation, when you're stuck in traffic, or right before bed. It physically tells your nervous system: we're safe, we can relax now.
