Want whiter teeth?

Here you go:
TO MAKE YOUR TEETH 'SNOW
WHITE'
-Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a
small cup, (fluoride free toothpaste Recommended)
mix:
-1/2 tsp. baking soda
-1 tsp. hydrogen peroxide, and
-1/2 tsp. water
Thoroughly mix then brush your
teeth as usual

Remember to
do this once a week until you have
reached the results you want. Once
your teeth are good and white, limit
yourself to using the
whitening treatment once every
month or two.

Sleep rule: 10, 3 2 1 0
10 hours before bed, no more caffeine
3 hours before bed, no food or alcohol; the reason for no food: if your digestive system has to work, your oxygen has to go there, rather than your brain which robs you of deep DELTA sleep.
2 hours before bed: no more screen time, no TV.
1 hour before bed: prepare for bed.
0: begin sleep with as little light as possible;
