📍 Charco Blanco Rd. | Ruben Salmon Rd.

Another Pct. 4 construction project is underway at Charco Blanco Rd. and Ruben Salmon Rd., focused on improving safety, access, and quality of life for our community.

This is what it means to be putting your tax dollar to work — delivering results, not promises.

I respectfully ask you to come out and support me for Starr County Commissioner, Precinct 4, so we can continue this work and keep moving our community forward together.

Thank you for your trust and continued support!

Over the past few years, we’ve worked hard to improve the roads and infrastructure that our families use every day here in Starr County Precinct 4. These projects represent more than construction; they mean safer travel, better access, and a higher quality of life for our community.

Completed projects include:

-Woods Brothers Rd.
-La Sagunada Rd.
-Delmita Rd.
-El Mesquite Rd.
-Old San Isidro Rd.
-Orchid Rd.
-El Tanque Rd.
-New Community Cemetery on Bolivo St.
-Additional roadway improvements throughout Precinct 4

I believe in talking the talk and walking the walk. Promises mean nothing without results, and I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together. There is still more to do, and with your support, we will continue improving our roads, supporting our neighborhoods, and moving Starr County forward.

I respectfully ask for your vote and your continued trust to serve as your County Commissioner. Thank you to everyone who continues to believe in progress for our community.

Together, we keep moving forward.
