I used to think my metabolism was just… broken.

I was doing everything “right.”
💥 Working out 2–3 times a day — mostly “metabolism-boosting” HIIT.
💥 Fasting until noon because intermittent fasting was supposed to help.
💥 Eating clean, barely taking rest days, pushing through fatigue.

But instead of progress, I got:

🚫 TRUTH: You absolutely can — and soy isn’t your only option.

The idea that you need “complete proteins” in every meal has been disproven.
Your body just needs a variety of amino acids over the course of the day — and plants provide exactly that. 🌱

💥 You’re destroying your muscles… and your progress.

You’re not plateaued — you’re under-recovered.

You can’t keep destroying your muscles in the gym, sleeping less than 6 hours, and skipping proper nutrition and expect progress.
Your body doesn’t grow when you train — it grows when you recover.

Here are 3 simple fixes to start seeing better results today:

1️⃣ Prioritize sleep like it’s your next workout.
7–9 hours every night. This is when your body releases growth hormone, repairs tissue, and balances cortisol. No recovery = no results.

2️⃣ Fuel before you train.
Go into your workout fed — not fasted. A mix of protein + carbs (like oats with protein powder or a banana with almond butter) helps stabilize blood sugar, supports cortisol balance, and gives your muscles what they need to perform.

3️⃣ Recover after you train.
Within 30–60 minutes, refuel with protein + carbs again to replenish glycogen and kickstart repair. Even a simple protein shake and rice cakes works.

Stop burning yourself into the ground and calling it discipline — it’s time to work smarter, not harder. Your body will thank you. 💪💤

Fear of failing.
Fear of committing.
Fear of what might happen if you actually succeed.

And every time you choose fear, you’re choosing it over your next breakthrough — over your strength, freedom, and confidence.

It breaks my heart to see so many women stuck here… because I know what you’re capable of. 💔

You’re capable of feeling strong in your body.
Of feeling confident and happy.

But here’s the truth:
