As this year draws to a close, I’ve found myself doing a lot of reflecting.
And honestly… I’m in awe.
Our clients accomplished some truly incredible transformations this year — collectively losing over 434 pounds.
Let that sink in for a moment.
Four hundred and thirty-four pounds.
That is real work.
Real commitment.
Real change.
This year also marks 15 years of transforming lives through our unique, sustainable approach to physical well-being.
Fifteen years.
Yeah — I’ve been in the business of changing lives for a while now.
And as we move into the new year, one thing is clear:
I will continue to set us apart from the masses.
Because we’ve been through it all…
Instability.
COVID.
A recession.
And yet — we’re still here.
Not only surviving, but becoming better at helping women every single year.
I can deeply relate to wasting precious time in the early years of my own fitness journey — jumping from one approach to the next, living in cycles of restriction, and listening to advice from people who had no business giving it.
So much confusion.
