As we move further into April, we will offer a Sacred Transitions Workshop, a *Free* Wellness Welcome Fair, *Free* Karma Yoga, a Sound Bath (with Harmony Hands Reiki - this month's Sound Bath is full but there are still openings for May!), a High Vibe Meditation Night, another Community Grief Circles and a Gut/Brain Health Talks! So many opportunities to learn, move, and connect!
