Come join us this Wednesday at the Oak Lawn Library! Intentional Breathing for Seniors - learn to enhance your physical and mental health with some simple breathing exercises. Can’t wait!

On Wednesday, May 22 at 2 p.m., learn to take control of your breath with certified breathing instructor ML Wahlfeldt of Intentional Breath . This 60-minute workshop combines information on anatomy and physiology as well as learning proper breathing techniques and several breathing exercises.

Here is my new company website! It was a labor of love and represents the work and new discoveries I've made the last 5 years of doing this work. This all started over 10 years ago as a personal search to find ways to calm my fears, quiet the noise in my head and feel good each day in what seemed like a very chaotic world. It worked. It changed my life. And now my goal is to help others. Breath work paired with intention and visualization are a powerful combination to boost your physical and mental well-being.
