Mission Statement: Conquering Challenges, through motivation, support, healthy coping and goal management. Life is filled with challenges to overcome or conquer. A goal can be for any aspect of life, including career, financial, family, relationship, friends, health, happiness… Anywhere a “challenge” or incompleteness exists, creating unhappiness, unfulfillment, feeling trapped and/or general suffering. Having extra support and a safe place to talk, while learning healthy coping skills and goal management, can be a great help in your journey to become your best self and have the life you want. Happy February! Happy almost Valentines Day! Do you celebrate with a partner(s), friends, family? Relationships can be tough, but the need for support is real. A few tips:
1. Find things that empower you and make you happy, without others. Not for all the time, just for sometimes.
2. Don't beat your self up, be your own friend and support.
3. Use assertive communication and give things and people healthy time and space.
4. Love, with healthy boundaries and not losing yourself.
