Dryness like never before, in my life! 😩

I can start telling you how glowing your skin will be after a Dermaplane treatment but it doesn’t sit right at this time.

This last week has felt unbearably heavy.

Like so many of you, I’ve watched the news and carried the weight of it in my body — the sadness, the shock, the anger, the heartbreak.

It’s okay to feel hopeless sometimes.
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed.
It’s okay to grieve what feels unfair and unjust.

We are not cold for feeling deeply — we are human.

But I want to share this with you: caring for yourself in moments like this isn’t detachment from reality — it’s tending to your heart so it doesn’t break completely. There’s a difference between turning away and choosing what you can hold without collapsing under the weight.
