Is there something that you're thinking about quitting, or perhaps are slowly falling away from? This could be anything from eating healthy, exercising, a relationship, a job, prayer, school, a dedicated time with God, etc.... you know what it is. Perhaps you haven't seen the fruit of your efforts, or it's just too hard for you to keep up with, and it is becoming disheartening. Can I just remind you to look back to why you even started. There must be reasons that you started what you are about to quit. Once you realize the reasons behind beginning, it will bring the motivation back to continuing on in what is really good for us.
Of course, there are things that we need to quit, the things that we know are not good for us. However, the things that are beneficial to our lives must be the things we do not quit. Have a wonderful Monday! 💌
