Is there something that you're thinking about quitting, or perhaps are slowly falling away from? This could be anything from eating healthy, exercising, a relationship, a job, prayer, school, a dedicated time with God, etc.... you know what it is. Perhaps you haven't seen the fruit of your efforts, or it's just too hard for you to keep up with, and it is becoming disheartening. Can I just remind you to look back to why you even started. There must be reasons that you started what you are about to quit. Once you realize the reasons behind beginning, it will bring the motivation back to continuing on in what is really good for us.
Of course, there are things that we need to quit, the things that we know are not good for us. However, the things that are beneficial to our lives must be the things we do not quit. Have a wonderful Monday! 💌

I saw this at a Farmer's Market, and had to share. Does this hit home with you? Loss is part of life, but sometimes, it can be so overwhelming that we get stuck and can't move on. As I was going through the most difficult time in my life after losing not only one parent, but the next year another, a friend told me this; "We must realize that the person who is gone would not want us to live that way. They would want the best for us, and for us to continue living, and making a difference in other people's lives." After considering this over and over in my mind, I realized this was very true, and it helped me to move forward. If you are struggling with grief, don't be afraid to reach out. If you need prayer, I will pray for you as well. ❤️‍🩹

Perhaps you're in some "rough waters" right now. If this is where you're at right now, be patient, hold on and be still. There will be a clearing, and when that day comes, you will be stronger for going through this difficult time. It will help you to help others when they're going through rough waters. And always remember, from Isaiah 43:2 When you face trials, God will be with you. You are not alone. When you go through deep waters, God will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown.
