We’re in the floor beside the birth tub .🛁
On a yoga mat. 🧘‍♂️
Cool rag , and neither of us wearing much . 🫧

Because contractions come when they need and flow when they’re done. ⛰️

You deserve this amount of slow of surrender 🙏

You deserve to feel seen and heard and have hands on and hands off support. 🙌

It’s called Labor because it’s work. ✔️

Sacred work 🤰

While YOU must go within , work together with YOUR baby and let go; while no one can birth YOUR baby for YOU ___________ YOU also can have the space held for YOUR heart and holy bodies while YOU add to YOUR home .
