We'll just call this an all natural face lift!
If you've been a regular client of mine, you've probably experienced some Tok Sen in one of your sessions. This is a technique I learned in Thailand where small wooden Tok Sen tools are used to gently tap the face, which can reduce puffiness & wrinkles, tone facial muscles & improve the flow of blood & lymph.
The tapping sound & calming vibrations can create a trance like state as well.

Chi Nei Tsang means "working the energy of the internal organs."

At Ong's Thai Massage School, if you've already completed a class, they allow you to come back for a refresher. Since I had a few extra days on my trip, I decided to take full advantage of the opportunity for some more Pa Khaw Ma. I had so much fun both times in this class!

Another class I took in Thailand was Pa Khaw Ma. For this technique, the therapist uses a scarf/sarong to assist with the Thai Massage stretches.
