Be sure to always put in the work! Even when outta town for a few days i made sure to hit the fitness facility and get my 40 mins of cardio in with a upper body pump! Session had me sweating!

Weight isnt dropping fast but my composition is transforming. Seeing abs at 239 is pretty dope! Or maybe its the lighting 🤔🤣
