Packing up my massage studio with a full heart.
I have had the pure honor of massaging hundreds of clients, young and old, in the past 25 years. The intimate spaces they have trusted me with is a gift and treasure. I’ve always seen the massage table as an altar where people come to connect to spaces that are so sacred. Their bodies, hearts and minds all touched and cared for. To be a guide and witness to their journeys - words to describe this fall so short - so I keep it deep in my heart. Each and every one has been a Teacher to me in so many ways.

It’s been one helluva transition after the next in recent years!
A few minor injuries to my physical body in the past year following divorce and COVID has made being an entrepreneur even more challenging requiring a deeper inquiry from me.

I’m so grateful to have meaningful, purposeful work in ALL that I do and with ALL the many hats I wear.
And for now, I’m hanging this hat up so I can focus in other areas and take one thing, one huge thing, off of my plate.
I have already booked 2 massages for myself, and am kind of falling in love with my new fake fingernails!

2025 feels so big to me and making intentional shifts and changes so I can welcome it all in seems like the right thing to do.
