May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🤍 and inside the studio, we’re intentionally weaving this into our classes, conversations, and community.
This 3-week Yoga for Anxiety series is especially close to Tuscany’s heart. Having navigated anxiety for much of her life, she’s experienced firsthand how powerful it is to feel seen, supported, and connected. Through movement, breath, and community, things began to make sense and now she’s creating a space to share that with you.
Each 75-minute session offers a gentle, supportive approach to anxiety, including restorative yoga, guided journaling, tea, and open group discussion. It’s not about fixing, it’s about building simple, sustainable tools to help you feel more grounded, calm, and connected.
